You can import existing contacts using a migration template. Alternatively, SwingWorks can handle the customer import. We agree the scope and any additional costs in advance. This does not include a commitment to transfer all data and booking history from another system.
The help centre is available in all plans. Academy & Team and Facility & Indoor also include telephone support.
Yes. Academy & Team and above include a manager account, team management and a team calendar view. Employed golf professionals and independent partners can work within the same organisation. Add coach calendars as needed. We agree the data, permissions, contract and payment arrangements to match your business setup.
SwingWorks does not charge a booking commission. External payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal charge their own fees separately. Your customers pay no fee to use the SwingWorks software.
All plans support online payments for bookings and shop purchases through a configured Stripe or PayPal integration. Available payment methods and fees depend on the payment provider and your business setup.
Yes. Add calendars, team features or automation as needed. We agree any plan changes, additional costs and the timing of an expansion in advance.
Contacts can be imported using a migration template. SwingWorks can support or handle the import; we agree the scope and any costs in advance. This does not mean that every data type or historical record from another system can automatically be transferred.
The minimum contract term is twelve months. Billing is quarterly or annually. Renewal and notice periods are set out in the contract terms before you sign.

GolfJam is a standalone licence model from SwingWorks Systems GmbH and is not part of the SwingWorks SaaS plans. SwingWorks can be used without GolfJam.
