For golfers:

THE COMPANY BEHIND SWINGWORKS

Built on real experience in the golf industry. Developed for modern coaching businesses

SwingWorks was founded by Sebastian Platschek and Nadine Meessen, drawing on experience from their own coaching business and a shared vision of how golf businesses can better organise their services and day-to-day operations.

Our story begins in our own coaching business

SwingWorks began in 2015 while we were running our own golf schools, with several coaches, locations and courses.

The requirements came from day-to-day operations: individual lessons, courses and club programmes had to work together, and coaches and coaching venues needed to be coordinated. Bookings, participants and customer information needed to stay connected.

These challenges led to a platform for different types of golf coaching business. Today, coaches’ own services, shared academy programmes and indoor golf services can all be organised on the same platform. Our own golf schools still use it every day.

Sebastian Platschek

Market strategy & commercial direction

Sebastian approaches SwingWorks from the perspective of someone who runs a golf coaching business. Through his own coaching operations and conversations with customers, he focuses on which services work in practice, how golf professionals collaborate and how businesses can help customers take their next steps.

For Sebastian, software is not an end in itself. What matters is understanding the challenges golf businesses face and how SwingWorks can support them – from organising existing services to introducing new coaching programmes and business models.

This perspective shapes his work in market strategy, sales and commercial development.

Nadine Meessen

Nadine Meessen

Product management & development

Nadine turns these requirements into a product that is clear and practical to use day to day. She considers how each idea fits into the platform and how its workflows work together for operators and customers.

She is responsible for product management, directs software development and manages GolfJam.

What drives us

We develop SwingWorks from real experience in the golf industry, for the people who work in it.

We look beyond whether a feature is technically possible. What matters is whether it works in the day-to-day running of a golf business. That is why we consider coaching services, bookings, customer relationships and operational processes together.

We also test new approaches in our own golf academies. What we learn, together with feedback from our customers, helps shape the continued development of the platform.

Our aim is to provide golf businesses with a reliable foundation for organising and developing their coaching services.

SwingWorks today

SwingWorks Systems GmbH develops a B2B software platform for golf professionals, golf schools and academies, coaching departments at golf facilities, and indoor golf businesses. SwingWorks also supports use in English.

SwingWorks and GolfJam

SwingWorks Systems GmbH is behind the SwingWorks software and GolfJam.

With SwingWorks, operators organise their own coaching services. GolfJam is SwingWorks’ structured player development and retention system, with its own brand and product. It brings together coaching, opportunities to play and community as a structured next step after a trial course. Its aim is to support regular participation and customer retention.

With GolfJam, golf facilities and golf schools start with a ready-made concept, an established brand and an existing community. They do not have to develop the programme and processes from scratch through trial and error. We support the launch and setup so the programme can get started locally sooner.

GolfJam is a product of SwingWorks Systems GmbH. Its digital processes run on the SwingWorks platform. The software can also be used entirely without GolfJam.
